CLIO Healthcare Awards Moves Underground Basement Nightspot Will Host Industry Honors—Prepare for After-Hours Fun

NEW YORK, September 7, 2010—Abandon your office attire and gear up for social after-hours fun at the second annual CLIO Healthcare Awards in New York City this November 12th, 2010. The sub-level event space Good Units in the Hudson Hotel will be transformed into a nightclub party with music, graffiti art and a production of the best creative and campaigns over the last year. Enter your best work by September 9th, 2010 to celebrate with your peers as CLIO Healthcare honors the best in healthcare advertising and communications. All work appearing between July 1st, 2009 and June 30th, 2010 must be submitted online only at www.CLIOHealthcare.com.

The CLIO Healthcare Awards recognizes the differences in advertising between direct-to-professional and direct-to-consumer and covers the key areas of the healthcare industry, including pharmaceuticals, device and diagnostics, disease awareness, over-the-counter, and health services with an opportunity to submit for print, poster, billboard, direct mail, innovative, interactive, TV/cinema/digital, radio, strategic communications/public relations and integrated campaigns.
